Where is Kirchberg?

How do I get the key?

You will receive the key from the administrator, on arrival in the house. You will receive a few weeks before you leave all the necessary information, including exact addressing and contact information with the administrator. Can I clean the house myself?

No, you can not. The owners attach great importance that the house is clean and tidy when guests arrive. To ensure this, the admin does the cleaning.


What will the house cost?

Depending on the house rental fee depends on the number of persons, the season and the period. What happens after I have booked?

Counts a baby as a person, or on top of the number of (adult) persons?

A baby counts as a person traveling. For each cottage is listed how many people are allowed. This refers to the number of adults and children can stay in the house. Some houses that number may be exceeded by 1 or 2 babies from 0 to 2 years., You will find this when booking. However, you should not assume that there are also additional inventory.


I want to take our pet, can I?

Whether a pet is allowed you will find in the house description, please notify when booking. When traveling with your dog or cat to another country, you are required to bring a pet passport. In this passport, inter alia, proof of rabies vaccination. Your pet must be provided with identification, such as a subcutaneous chip or a tattoo.


How can I cancel my booking?

When you are forced by circumstances to cancel your booking, please phone or e-mail as soon as possible. If you have taken out cancellation insurance and cancel the booking with a valid reason for the insurance, the costs can potentially be recovered through insurance. I've already booked, I can still take an insurance??

If there is no cancellation reason is known, it is normally possible to take out cancellation insurance yet after booking within seven days. Travel insurance can be closed until the day of departure.
