This luxury holiday home is suitable for groups up to 23 people and is fully equipped. In the center of Kirchberg (300m) you have all you nee: shops, restaurants, bars and après ski.
Residenz Scherrhof features 10 comfortable double bedrooms with eight bathrooms with shower and toilet. Two of the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor. From the bedroom you look out over the surrounding area, the mountains and the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities including a dishwasher and oven. From the kitchen you enter the spacious dining / recreation room with flat screen TV.
You also have a sauna with relaxation area in the villa to relax after an active day. You can leave your ski equipment in the separate room and there is a shoe heater. In the summer you can store your bikes or golf attributes. The house has plenty of parking. Possible covered parking on request and on payment. The supermarket is a short distance from the house.
Holiday Villa Scherrhof in Kirchberg is located in the guaranteed snow (December to April) ski area in the Kitzbühel Alps, with links to the Westendorf ski area Wilder Kaiser-Brixental.
